The TV is definitely worth considering if you're looking for a good value, but like many similar models on the market, there are a few areas where it falls short.

One major issue I've noticed is that when turning it on via HDMI ARC, finding sound can take forever. It's as if the TV has somehow become disconnected from its audio output, and you're left wondering why this happens so often. With new content available regularly, it's clear that there are some technical glitches to work out.

Another problem I've experienced is with loading times when initially turning on the TV. The system takes an eternity to boot up everything - even just displaying the menu - which makes using the remote a frustrating experience.

Additionally, the guide loading process can be quite slow and laggy, especially when pressing the button to access it. It's as if the system is intentionally taking its time to load the information you need, leaving you feeling like you're waiting for something that may never arrive.

While I've tried to troubleshoot these issues myself, a software update seems to be the likely culprit behind many of these problems. With a bit more polish and refinement, this TV could really shine - but as it stands, it's still worth considering if budget is tight or you're looking for an affordable option with some extra features.

The TV's picture quality was truly outstanding, with crisp and vibrant colours that popped against the dark background Very light in weight is a plus when it comes to carrying around - I'm not sure how much heavier they'd be if they were heavier.

I'd say this TV gets the job done for its price, offering super picture and vibrant colours that are hard to beat. The speakers might be a bit lacking, but they're adequate enough to get the job done. Overall, I think it's a great value for money - I can see myself watching movies on this thing again and again without breaking the bank.

The experience with this TCL 32" smart TV was a mixed bag from start. Initially, we were excited about incorporating a 32" smart TV that provided Freely, had Fire OS, and supported our eufy camera feeds. The decision not to take on the larger Panasonic model for £140 proved to be worth it when considering the current price of £140.

The good thing was the 1080p picture quality, which offered a noticeable improvement over lower-resolution models I'd looked at in the high street shops. Even with viewing angles taken into account, the colours remained vibrant and rich.

However, there were some drawbacks to consider. Firstly, the TV's startup time felt slow, taking several minutes to load and become operational after being turned on. This was not uncommon for low-end LED/LCD TVs like this one. Additionally, an endless stream of product adverts played repeatedly until a channel or app could be pressed.

The lower section of the TV seemed thicker than expected, measuring 7cm deep at its lowest point. Given the size and material, it's surprising that the speakers weren't better sounding overall. Once you've installed everything, software updates, internet connections, and linking to your ITV account become necessary steps to get started. Plus, creating or logging into your ITVX account takes some time.

The main disappointment was the Alexa voice commands, which proved to be less convenient than expected. You need to press the voice button on the remote as you speak instead of saying "Alexa" first. This may seem minor, but it can cause confusion between the two devices in the same room.
