I've been using this product for a bit now, and I'm thoroughly impressed with its performance. It's incredibly fast when dealing with large files, and I appreciate how well it handles demanding workloads without any noticeable slowdowns.

The portable design of this tool is also a significant plus in my book - it's remarkably small and lightweight, making it easy to carry around on the go, whether that's for content creation or simply needing a reliable companion for everyday tasks.

I've got a tiny backup server that's been perfect for my old laptop. It's a great way to have extra storage without taking up too much space. The fact that it's compact and discreet makes it easy to stash away in a corner when I'm not using it is also a plus.

I'd like to have purchased 2 Sandisk Extreme SSD drives for a main removable drive and a backup for my collection. As a DJ, I've had to transport a massive music library of over 60,000 tracks, with multiple copies on both drives - including a clone copy in case of emergencies. When the day before my New Year's Eve gig arrived, I was frantically working on my playlists and couldn't find any data on the master drive.

Not having any files to work with was a disaster. Thankfully, I had a backup copy of one drive that was still functioning - but it was empty as well. Despite doing some research, it seemed like I wasn't alone in experiencing this issue, with multiple others facing similar problems and even lawsuits against Sandisk itself.

I started by contacting Sandisk to request their 5-year warranty, which would normally cover data loss due to failed devices. However, they were unresponsive and offered no solution - the only option was a limited refund of £30 (30 days). I was also informed that they wouldn't take responsibility for data loss or consequential losses.

I'd been using Sandisk products before, so it wasn't a complete surprise when their 5-year warranty seemed like a joke. However, after doing some research and investing in a data recovery tool myself, I managed to recover around 43,000 of my music files - unfortunately, they were corrupted and unusable.

Despite the setbacks, I'm determined to avoid others from going through what happened to me. If you're considering buying these drives, I'd recommend checking out other options like Samsung Kingston or Crucial instead. They may seem cheaper upfront, but they'll be a better value in the long run due to their reliability and customer support - unlike Sandisk, which has been struggling to get its act together.

It's been an eye-opener, that's for sure! I wish someone had warned me about this before making my purchase. To anyone who's considering these drives as well, please take a closer look at the reviews - it may save you from going through what I experienced.
