We purchased this TV along with a wall bracket, which came with an installation add-on for free - we opted for this service because we were impressed by the quick and hassle-free process from start to finish.

The telly itself was really impressive for its price - watching the Back to the Future trilogy on it was stunning. The picture quality is sharp and vibrant, thanks to Dolby Vision adding depth and detail to whatever you're watching.

We've had great experience with our TV so far, including watching Netflix and YouTube on Sunday night while working from home, and the picture looks fantastic - the colours are vivid without being overblown.

The VIDAA system is simple and comes loaded with all the essentials, including Netflix, Disney+, NOW TV, YouTube, Freely. We wish Sky was included too, but it's a shame this isn't available.

Our installer, James, was outstanding - he turned up on time, was extremely friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He mounted our telly securely on the wall bracket and even connected and set up our Sky box, Blu-ray player, and made sure everything was properly wired.

James went above and beyond by checking all the inputs worked, updated the firmware, and tidied up cables neatly - it felt like having a mate round rather than just a delivery/install job. He also gave us some useful tips about the settings and provided an ice cold Pepsi to keep us hydrated while he worked.

Overall, we're thoroughly impressed with our TV and the service we received from James. The picture and sound quality is exceptional for its price - it's definitely worth considering if you're on a budget.

Initially bought one TV with such high hopes, only to discover its incredible picture quality was matched only by my son's expectations for a family viewing experience. Once setup and installed, I found myself eager to expand this excellent entertainment system into two more homes.

But what really sealed the deal for me was how seamlessly Vidaa software integrated with my existing TV setup, providing access to a vast library of movies and TV series at my fingertips without the need for additional equipment – I no longer needed a separate aerial, after all.

The picture quality is simply stunning, rivaling that of some of the top brands on the market. However, it's worth noting that the sound system could be improved upon; while it's not catastrophically bad, it does require some additional equipment to truly take full advantage of the TV's capabilities.

In conclusion, I am thoroughly impressed with Vidaa and would highly recommend this fantastic piece of technology to anyone in the market for a new TV – its impressive specifications, built-in compatibility features, and outstanding price make it an absolute steal.
