I switched from a five-year-old Lenovo laptop that was a fraction of the price, but I'm glad I made the switch - it's now paying for itself with the upgrade in quality and features. My biggest concerns were the build and keyboard, but they're both fine, if a bit basic. The screen is almost as good as my old one, and with its bright display and long battery life, it's a great choice for everyday use. I was also happy to see that Chrome OS is easy to use, which was a relief after having some experience with other operating systems.

I did have some initial reservations about the memory and storage on this laptop, but they've been more than sufficient for running basic tasks like browsing and email. And then there's the added bonus of two years' worth of Google Pro with 2TB cloud storage, which has made a big difference in my productivity.

I've never had a Chromebook before but just wanted a device predominantly for easier web browsing for those times that apps and mobile browsers just don't cut the mustard. The fact I opted for this one as it had a good saving on it was a no-brainer, though - I'm really pleased with my purchase.

It's lightning fast to operate and really easy to navigate, which has made a huge difference to me since getting it. One thing that's really stood out is how seamlessly everything is integrated with my phone. The screen looks great too, and the fact that as this device is actually a Chromebook Plus I get the £18.99 a month AI and storage upgrade for free for 12 months has been a huge bonus.

I'm already paying for the 2TB memory upgrade for £8 a month on my phone, but I was able to save an additional £96 in just the first year thanks to this offer. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and can highly recommend it to anyone - no regrets whatsoever!
